Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after the payment is processed. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package.

GLERC BIKES EU will ship your order from the closest warehouse to you. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the distance between the shipping and delivery locations. Below are estimated shipping times for different regions.

Lost in transit (full reimbursement)

Severely damaged during shipping (replacement)

How It Works:

Optional at checkout – You can choose whether to add Shipping Protection to your order.

No coverage if declined – If you opt out, any shipping issues (e.g., loss/damage in transit) will not be eligible for compensation from us.

Claims process – If you purchased Shipping Protection and experience an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (e.g., photos for damage, tracking for lost packages).

    • All shipments will be dispatched from Germany. The estimated delivery time will depend on our logistics partners, DPD, DHL, and GLS. If the delivery does not arrive within the estimated time frame, GLERC will not be held responsible. We will do our best to assist in ensuring timely delivery.

      • 4. GLERC Bikes EU covers 100% of the shipping costs.
      • 5. GLERC Bikes EU complies with local government policies. European customers are required to bear VAT on the sales price. This fee is included in the sales price and no additional payment is required.
      • 6. We currently do not ship outside of Europe.
      • 7. Once the order is received and processed, we will immediately send the order tracking number to the customer's email address via Support@glercbikes-eu.com.

      NOTE:

      These are estimated delivery times and may sometimes be affected by factors beyond our control (such as weather, etc.). If you have a deadline (such as a birthday), please ensure to order in advance to avoid stress or disappointment. As our delivery times are estimates, they are not binding, so if a parcel does not arrive on the pre-agreed date, you are not entitled to any refund.

      Your order will be dispatched from the Germany. You are responsible for paying any local customs fees and other import taxes that may be due when receiving the goods in your country/region. If you choose not to pay these fees, you run the risk of the goods being returned or, in some cases, destroyed by customs. In such cases, GLERC BIKES EU cannot issue any refunds unless the order is safely returned to us. For unwanted items, we may have to deduct from the refund to cover additional shipping costs.
