Advice before Returns and Exchanges

At GLERC BIKES EU, we want every customer to have a wonderful online shopping experience. That's why we are committed to providing a first-class return and exchange service, especially when it comes to product quality issues.

However, it should be noted that boxed bikes will incur significant shipping costs due to their large size. We strongly recommend that you carefully consider your decision before purchasing a bike. We only accept free returns and exchanges related to quality.

2024 Holiday Season Return Policy Extension

As in previous years, we will temporarily extend our standard return period to accommodate buyers who shop early for the holiday season. Our 2024 holiday season return policy states that items purchased between November 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, can be returned by February 15, 2025.

While the return period for orders will be extended, all return eligibility requirements will remain unchanged.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  • You may cancel your order at any time before the package is delivered by contacting our customer service team. A full refund will be issued promptly.

  • If the package has already been delivered, you may still cancel and receive a full refund under the following conditions:

    • The product must be unopened, unassembled, and unused.

    • The package must be returned to us in its original condition via the same shipping method.

  • If the product has been opened, assembled, or used, the cancellation policy no longer applies. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy below for further assistance.

 

Return/Exchange Policy

At glercbikes-eu.com, you have the right to return or exchange items within forty-five (45) days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be unused, in new condition, and include all original packaging. Please note that if the product has been assembled or shows signs of use, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Returns or exchanges due to quality issues are free of charge. Products that are damaged through misuse may only be eligible for a partial refund.



Refund Policy
We offer full refunds only for returns resulting from shipping errors or product quality issues.
If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons—especially if the bicycle has been unboxed or assembled—you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any applicable restocking fees.
To provide a more eco-friendly and convenient return process, we also offer an alternative: you may choose to donate the product to a local community or charity organization.


Donation Program
If you choose to make a goodwill donation, simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to reach an agreement;


  1. Donate the item to a local community or charitable organization;


  1. Send us a photo or donation receipt as proof;


  1. Once verified, we will promptly issue a partial refund as a goodwill compensation—no return inspection required.


We kindly ask that you make your purchase decisions carefully to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Refund Policy for Accessories
For returns caused by shipping or product quality issues, we offer a full refund. However, for returns due to subjective reasons, prior consultation with our customer service team is required, and an amount equivalent to 50% will be deducted as compensation for logistics and restocking costs.
In principle, we do not support returns of accessories, as small items are particularly prone to damage or loss during long-distance shipping, which can harm the interests of both parties.


Please note: This return policy applies to items shipped directly from glercbikes-eu.com. Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition and include all original packaging. Please pack your return carefully—we do not accept any items with signs of assembly, use, or damage.


How to Start a Return/Exchange

GLERC BIKES EU values product quality and customer experience, which is the essence of our brand. If unfortunately you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us at support@glercbikes-eu.com to easily initiate a return or exchange. Please remember to provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and we look forward to providing you with a better experience next time.

Return/Exchange Procedure

Once we receive a return or exchange request via email, we will respond immediately to guide you through the process. Please note that unauthorized returns or exchanges will be rejected. Please contact us before returning any product. If you return an item without our express authorization, we are not responsible for any potential loss of goods and your refund will be rejected.

Once your return or exchange is authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged, including all original items, to avoid additional charges.

Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will inspect it to verify its condition. We will notify you by email as to whether your request for a full refund or exchange has been approved or denied. If approved, we will process your full refund or exchange within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and will take approximately 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you do not receive your refund within the expected time, we recommend that you allow some additional processing time. In the event of further delays or concerns, please contact your bank or credit card company to inquire about the status of your refund. If they are unable to provide a solution, please contact us at support@glercbikes-eu.com. We will respond within 1-2 business days to provide you with further assistance.
